Today’s moves include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These exercises are designed to make you sweat and build a strong core. Svava emphasizes controlling each movement to feel the burn and boost your strength and stamina. If it feels too easy, your core isn’t working hard enough, and you won’t get that toned body you’re aiming for.

When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply, instead of hunching forward which can restrict your breathing. Keep pushing through; you’ve got this!

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat everything one more time.
