Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core and build both strength and stamina. The tougher the workout, the more your core has to work, and that’s how you get that toned body.

When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of falling forward to catch your breath. This will help you keep going strong.

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, then repeat the whole sequence one more time.
